About the breakfast at our B&B
We are happy to cater to special dietary needs. Just let us know in advance what your needs are.
We offer a cooked or continental breakfast with organic free range eggs from local farms and whatever veggies from our garden are in season. The continental breakfast could be a choice of New Zealand cheeses, fresh bread, scones or croissants with fresh fruits and yogurt. For a full cooked breakfast you have a choice of eggs, bacon and hash browns. Or try the coconut blueberry pancakes. All guests have a selection of teas, coffee, juice or a fruit smoothie. You can choose the time for your breakfast whether you have an early morning activity or want to sleep in.
We also offer a buffet style dinner for 6 or more guests.
For dining out there is a wide selection to choose from. You will find fine cuisine or the best fresh fish and chips in the country. Sample the cuisine and delicious wines at the local vineyards.
Should you catch a fish or two, bring it back to Apple B & B and cook it on the BBQ – we can supply rice, lemons and herbs.
Before your journey home take a stroll through the garden and pick a few plums, apricots or figs. Take a little bit of Apple Bed and Breakfast home with you.
Your B&B Hosts
Originally from California, Paul and Laura have lived in New Zealand for 20 years. They chose to live in Kerikeri with their lovely dogs (Maggie and Lily) as it features the best of the world’s weather, rich soils, beaches and a magnificent countryside at our doorstep.
Paul’s expertise has been in the financial sector and on the tennis court while Laura’s is in hospitality, event planning, catering and weddings.
Both of us have traveled extensively. We love it here and want to share it with it with you. A welcome platter, a cuppa or a lovely glass of New Zealand wine await your arrival.
